Jet2.com has once again been presented with the Best Short-Haul Airline accolade at The Telegraph Travel Awards.
For the third consecutive year, the leading leisure airline has impressed The Telegraph’s readers with its reliable customer service and reasonable fares, seeing it take the top spot to scoop the reputable award.
With 20,000 holidaymakers voicing their opinions to shape the award winners, readers were asked to share their experiences of travelling with various short-haul airlines and acknowledge those who delivered great service to impress their customers. By continually striving to go the extra mile, Jet2.com has been crowned the 2025 winner by thousands of paying customers.
This latest recognition follows on from a long line of impressive accolades that Jet2.com has been awarded in recognition of its industry leading customer service. This includes being named a Which? Recommended Provider for ten years running, as well as this week being rated the top airline in the July 2025 UK Customer Satisfaction Index, ranking joint 19th in the list of the top 50 companies in the UK for delivering outstanding customer service.
