Jet2holidays has one again been recognised by one of the UK’s biggest ratings and review platforms, Feefo, for delivering exceptional customer service and awarded the coveted Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2024.
This award marks the third year running that the UK’s largest tour operator has won the Platinum Trusted Service Award, for consistently providing outstanding levels of quality and service to customers.
To receive a Platinum Trusted Service Award, the highest of Feefo’s accolades, companies need to demonstrate this consistently excellent service by winning a prestigious Gold Trusted Service Award for at least three consecutive years.
After booking a package holiday with Jet2holidays, customers can follow a link on the booking confirmation and leave a rating on Feefo for the service provided. After achieving a score of 4.8 out of 5 from over 600 reviews over the last 12 months, the company was awarded the Gold Trusted Service Award for the sixth consecutive year, meaning it automatically received the Platinum Trusted Service Award.
The accolades are an independent seal of excellence that recognise businesses for delivering exceptional booking experiences, as rated by real customers.
