Members of The Travel Network Group have awarded Jet2holidays with two prestigious accolades at their annual conference in Budapest.

The network of more than 900 independent travel agents voted for us as Team of the Year, an award which has added significance because it is sponsored by the Institute of Customer Service. Earlier this year, the Institute named Jet2holidays joint 20th out of almost 250 companies in their benchmark UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) - making us the only tour operator to feature in the top 50.

In addition, we were also awarded with the prestigious award for Best Short Haul Operator as agents from the network praised our commitment to delivering a VIP experience for their customers.

These awards recognise our commitment to delivering great value package holidays that customers can trust, as well as our continued partnership approach to working with independent travel agents to help them grow their businesses.
