As we grow and expand in airports across Europe, our Branding Team are always there to make sure we look the part. Their latest project has been at London Stansted Airport, where they have been working on our customer service and sales desk, our very first visual presence in the airport. The opening of the desk means we’re already easy to spot, months before our first flights commence in March 2017.

It took the Branding Team just 36 hours to give the desk a full Jet2 makeover - and the end result was given the thumbs up by our Marketing Manager, Steve Adamson, who visited London Stansted Airport this week. Steve said: “We are obsessed with making sure our customers feel at home in our airports and resorts, so we like to have big and loud branding to make sure we can’t be missed! This branding plays a huge role in developing awareness and preference for our flights and holidays – especially in large airports like London Stansted. The area looks fantastic and completely dominates the check-in hall – we are sure that our colleagues and customers will love it!”

We have secured a prime position in our new base and London Stansted’s check-in Zone C will be our home. In the lead up to our first flights on March 30th, our branding in Zone C will continue to develop meaning that customers and the 22 million passengers using the airport every year will be in no doubt as to where to find us.

Recruitment for our team of passenger service agents is going well, with the team already making themselves at home at their new desk, working hard over the next few months dealing with customer interest, enquiries, bookings and behind-the-scenes preparation for our first flights.
