Jet2.com wins Feefo’s 2025 Exceptional Service Award

Jet2.com has achieved one of Feefo’s most exclusive awards for delivering customer service excellence in the travel industry - a 2025 Exceptional Service award, an honour shared by only 32 other businesses.
Since 2006, Feefo, one of the biggest ratings and review platforms, has collected customer-led reviews and supported clients, from global businesses to SMEs. Feefo and Jet2.com have been working together for seven years, to collect genuine customer feedback and build trust through verified, transparent reviews.
The leading leisure airline was named a recipient of an Exceptional Service Award after its consistent improvement to their customer service over a three year period, surpassing competitors on review reply rate, and response rates.
Holidaymakers who book with Jet2.com can follow a link on their booking confirmation to leave a rating on Feefo for the service provided. Jet2.com scored 4.6 out of five from over 3,000 reviews submitted over the last year.
The Exceptional Service award recognises businesses that consistently deliver outstanding customer service and experiences. The airline Jet2.com is one of the 32 brands to receive this recognition, one of only six in the travel sector and the only airline.
As well as receiving this coveted accolade, Jet2.com also picked up a Gold Trusted Service Award from Feefo.
Jet2holidays, the UK’s largest tour operator, was honoured with a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the fourth consecutive year, after providing customers with exceptional levels of quality and service. In order to receive this accolade, companies must consistently demonstrate high quality service by being awarded a Gold Trusted Service Award for a minimum of three consecutive years.
Jet2holidays scored 4.8 out of five from over 7,000 reviews submitted over the last year.
