Jet2holidays picked up two awards at the annual News UK Travel Awards 2023, including winning the ‘Best Short-Haul Operator’ accolade for the third time in four years.
In addition, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays were named the winners of The Sun’s Editor’s Choice Award in recognition of the exceptional service customers receive on their flights and package holidays.
The UK’s largest tour operator was once again acknowledged by readers of News UK publications, including The Sun and The Times, with Jet2holidays receiving the most votes in the short-haul operator category. Based on the opinions of thousands of holidaymakers, readers were asked to give their verdict on their experiences of travelling with different short-haul operators and recognise those who they believe go the extra mile for their customers, as well as enabling them to take a much-deserved break.
These accolades are the latest in a long line of awards the companies have won recently, based on customer feedback. The fact these awards are based on the experiences of customers shows that Jet2.com and Jet2holidays’ continued commitment to delivering a VIP customer service, and ensuring customers have a lovely holiday, is working.
