Jet2holidays has scooped a prestigious industry award for the third year in a row, after winning the Best Tour Operator award at this year’s GRAFTAS, which celebrate the best in travel and tourism across the North East.
The award - which follows accolades in 2016 and 2017 – once again demonstrates the travel industry’s recognition of our partnership approach to working with independent travel agencies in the North East, and highlights our continued commitment to delivering a VIP customer experience.
The GRAFTA awards are based on the votes of those working in the travel industry, with over 200 agents and operators from the North East coming together for the ceremony held at the Hilton Gateshead.
We have enjoyed years of growth at Newcastle Airport, and this is set to continue with our biggest ever flights and holidays programme for Summer 2019, with almost ONE MILLION seats on sale to 32 destinations from the base including exciting new destinations - Bourgas in Bulgaria and Izmir in Turkey.
