Since teaming up with Feefo - one of the UK’s biggest review websites – customers have been able to share their booking experiences with us, and we have great news to share as Jet2holidays has won a Gold Trusted Service award and Jet2.com has scooped a Trusted Service award.
When you book a flight with Jet2.com or a package holiday with Jet2holidays, you can leave a rating out of five on Feefo by following a link that we provide on your confirmation email once you have booked with us.
Currently Jet2holidays holds a 4.7 score based on around 900 reviews over the past 12 months, meaning we have received a Gold Trusted Service award – which is Feefo’s most prestigious accreditation. Jet2.com holds a 4.2 score based on more than 400 reviews over the past 12 months, meaning we have received a Trusted Service accolade.
Customers of both Jet2holidays and Jet2.com have left plenty of praise on Feefo after booking with us, and we have posted a few of the comments below. Whether booking direct via our website, app, mobile site, or UK call centre; or if you’re an independent travel agent, the feedback has been excellent.
