There is more great news today for holidaymakers out of East Midlands Airport, as we are pleased to announce that our ground handling operation has now moved entirely in-house, meaning that the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays team now look after customers throughout the customer journey.

Our team of more than 200 people will be looking after customers from the moment they arrive at check-in through to when they depart – a move which not only bucks the wider trend but has also created 100 new fixed term and permanent jobs.

This move allows us to build on our award-winning service and deliver an even better end-to-end customer experience at East Midlands Airport for Summer 17 and onwards, including Summer 18, which we yesterday announced is now on sale.
