On The Spot - Our Latest A Great Deal Friendlier Award

At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we recognise and celebrate our colleagues who go above and beyond their day to day roles. We do this through our A Great Deal Friendlier scheme, with On The Spot, quarterly and annual awards where they’re awarded gifts, team events and flights.
Here’s the latest example of a colleague who’s been exemplifying what the awards are all about:
On the Spot award for Joe Parry (Compliance and Assurance Surveyor) Nominated by Laura Suggitt: “Joe recently left the Crew Training Team to another internal position. However, even though he was taking on a new role and learning what is required for that, he continued to support his former colleagues in Crew Training by logging in and helping out in his own time. The Team has now new staff members joining, however Joe’s support whilst we were short was greatly appreciated and was above and beyond what we expected.”
