Last week our colleagues in EDI were awarded the very prestigious Scottish Passenger Agent Association Customer Service Award.

The award was only launched in 2013 and it’s the second year we have won! The award is on display at our great new sales desk. EDI Airport has kindly provided us with clip on banners that attach to our baggage gauges, allowing us to publicise this great achievement to all of our customers.
