First Class Customer Feedback for Jet2.com Pair

A Jet2.com customer traveling from Leeds Bradford Airport to Tenerife last week has written to us to praise the level of customer service she received after the wheels to her buggy went missing during the handling agent strike at Tenerife South Airport.

The customer, who was on her first family holiday with a newborn baby, wrote:

“Please can you pass our sincerest thanks onto Danielle and Vicky at Tenerife South Airport. There was a strike with baggage handlers who had mislaid the wheels to our buggy.

“We were travelling with our 3 month old and it was our first time abroad with her, so this was a particularly stressful situation. However, both girls did not stop until our wheels were found! We ended up being in the airport for 4 hours and they worked tirelessly; I know one of them was due to finish at 5pm and called us at 6pm to say our missing item was found and didn't leave until she had organised safe delivery back to us.

“The professionalism and dedication they have shown to your Company, and therefore your customers, is an absolute credit. They were absolutely fantastic. They didn't need to do half of what they did, but they have made the start to our first family holiday with our newborn an enjoyable one... in the end! Please pass this onto them - they deserve promotions!!”
