Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers may notice something a little different about their on-board experience from 1st October 2015. After reviewing crew and customer feedback, we re-recorded our on-board announcements with a brand new voice.

Customers will now hear the northern tones of senior cabin crew member Ian Hodgson from Leeds, who previously worked as a voice over artist, DJ and sound engineer for the Yorkshire based Pulse FM.

It’s also a big congratulations this week to James Morley, who has recently been promoted to the role of Ramp Operations Manager – LBA. James has worked for Jet2.com for a number of years in a variety of positions on the ramp.
