Forty nursery children from Kilbowie Early Education and Childcare Centre in Clydebank were given the opportunity to hear all about life in the skies, thanks to an extra special visit from Glasgow Captain, Rowatt Barclay. He joined cabin crew member, Julie Robin, in surprising the pre-school class of three to five year olds. They chatted to the young aviation enthusiasts about what their job involves and where they fly to, before holding a fun masterclass on how to do a captain’s announcement and a safety demonstration. The class was also presented with a Jettoo lion mascot from the airline to look after.
