-Bookings number FREE
- General enquiries calls dropped from premium to national rate

Leading leisure airline Jet2.com has today announced that it is reducing its customer service call charges in order to give its passengers an even friendlier, great value service.

From 20th October 2013 all telephone calls to make a booking will be FREE and customers calling Jet2.com’s general enquiries number will only be charged at the national rate, meaning customers with inclusive minutes on their landline or mobile call packages won’t be hit with any charges at all.

Steve Lee, Commercial Director of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “We are in the process of moving our Jet2.com call centre to our headquarters in Leeds from South Africa, so it made sense to review the call charges for our enquiry lines. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the best possible service. Hopefully this move will make it easier for them to pick up the phone and speak to us about their travel and holiday arrangements.”

The new phone numbers will be published on both the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays websites on Sunday 20th October.
