Announcements

Anyone who thought it was too late to book cheap flights to Paris with Jet2.com for the Disneyland 20th Anniversary celebrations had better think again, because they have been extended to September 30th.

It is hard to believe that Disneyland Paris is almost 21 years old - a fact commemorated with the launch of the 20th Anniversary celebrations on April 1st. Originally promising a year packed with new surprises and special events, this has now been extended to the end of September, giving children and grown-ups plenty of time to join in the fun – or relive childhood memories.

The park has also extended its opening hours, not only to allow more time on the rides, but also for ‘Disney Dreams!’ - a night-time spectacular featuring HD projections of sequences from Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio and a host of other Disney animated classics, accompanied by lasers, fireworks, musical fountains, and other effects.

Exciting New Shows

An updated version of the show has now been released, with scenes from The Lion King and Brave, plus a preview of the new novelty product, Disney Light Ears, which will enable kids to literally ‘Glow with the Show’ as their headwear responds to what is happening on stage.

Another first is ‘Disney Magic on Parade!’, a revamped version of the traditional daily parade with new characters and a chance to meet Mickey Mouse backstage. Even Main Street USA has been given a celebratory makeover, its picturesque 1920s arcades decked out with festive lights and decorations.
