Yes, you can cancel your car parking booking up to 24 hours before your time of arrival to the car park using the online "Manage My Booking" feature. You’ll get a full refund, as long we get notification of your cancellation in time. The only exceptions to this are SuperSaver products, which offer larger discounts and can’t be cancelled or amended.

Yes, you can change your car parking booking unless it is a non-flexible booking which cannot be changed or cancelled. To change your booking, log in to https://jet2.holidayextras.com/support/find-my-booking and follow the instructions.

Yes, we’ve introduced further flexibility to allow you to change your rental booking if your travel plans are impacted due to coronavirus. You can change the time and/or location of your booking at any time. And we won’t charge you any admin fees, although it may sometimes affect the rental price.

If you – or your rental car – are in an area that’s affected by travel restrictions, we’ll do everything we can to help.

You can cancel most bookings for free if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before you’re due to pick up the car. If you paid a booking deposit, the rules are a bit different, so please check your booking for details.

If you bought Full Protection Insurance and decide to cancel your rental car before pick-up, your insurance will be automatically cancelled too, and you’ll get a full refund of the premium you paid.
