You may only submit a claim to us on behalf of other passengers (maximum of seven) who are named on the same booking, excluding separate family groups or group bookings. By making a claim on behalf of another passenger you are confirming that you have authority to make the claim on their behalf. Any passenger you make a claim on behalf of will not be able to make a separate claim relating to the same matter.

Flight Details

Most bookings include two flights. Make sure you enter the flight which was disrupted to ensure your claim can be processed. If you are claiming for two flights, you will need to complete a separate form for the second flight.

Please use the flight date on your booking confirmation, even if your flight was delayed overnight.

Claim Details

Please attach your boarding pass as well any other documents that are relevant to your claim. You can attach up to three documents with a maximum file size of 6MB in JPG, PNG or PDF formats.

Reimbursement of expenses

What expenses can I claim for under the Regulation?

Any claims must be supported by an itemised receipt. We cannot accept bank statements as proof of purchase.

Expenses that CAN be claimed under the Regulation: 

- Food and Drink

- Overnight Accommodation

- A Flight Refund (if your flight’s departure was delayed over 5 hours and you elected not to travel and cancelled your booking)

- Alternative Flight (Re-routing due to a flight cancellation or if a passenger has been denied boarding)

We can only consider reasonable costs incurred during a delay or whilst awaiting the earliest alternative flight (re-routing) in the case of a flight cancellation or denied boarding.

Examples of expenses that CANNOT be claimed under the Regulation, include:

- Car Parking

- Unused Accommodation

- Child/Pet Care

- Missed Events

- Loss of Earnings
