Before continuing to make a claim, please ensure one of the following situations apply:
✔ Your flight’s arrival delay is over 3 hours(A flight’s take-off delay is not considered when making a claim for compensation under the Regulation – a delay can increase or decrease during the flight)
✔ Your flight was cancelled
✔ You were denied boarding
✔ You are claiming expenses/refund relating to a delay, cancellation, or denied boarding

Further Information:
- You may not be eligible for compensation if extraordinary circumstances on an earlier flight caused a delay to your flight.
- When a delay has multiple causes, at least 3 hours must be attributable to a non-extraordinary circumstance for a flight to be eligible for compensation.
