Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have once again been named as the big winners at the British Travel Awards, after scooping an impressive 14 awards as voted for by travelling customers and taking home the greatest number of accolades than any other travel company.
The UK’s largest tour operator and leading leisure airline were flying high at the gala event in London on Tuesday (28th November), soaring off with no fewer than 11 Gold Awards and three Silver Awards.
Recognising the travel companies and holiday providers who have given customers the best experiences over the past 12 months, the British Travel Awards 2023 is the largest survey of consumer opinion on everything to do with leisure travel, with the award accreditations determined solely by the number of votes. More than 1.5 million customers cast their votes this year and after receiving the most votes in several categories, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays were honoured at the British Travel Awards for providing the best customer service and product.
As well as receiving the most awards overall, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays also received the greatest number of first place awards than any other company. The complete list of awards won by the airline and package holiday specialist at the British Travel Awards 2023 are:
