Jet2Villas has been named as a Which? Recommended Provider for the second year running, after once again finishing top of Which?’s Self-Catering Accommodation Abroad survey.
Jet2Villas, the villa proposition from Jet2holidays, received the highest customer score in Which?’s survey of self-catering accommodation providers and was named as the ‘Best villa holidays provider’.
It is the second time that the consumer champion has surveyed self-catering accommodation providers and named its Recommended Providers for self-catering. It is based on a survey of almost 3,000 travellers who were asked to rate their self-catering holidays over the last two years on criteria, including booking process, quality of accommodation, range of properties, description matching reality, cleanliness of accommodation, customer service and value for money.
Jet2Villas scored top marks for its booking process, range of properties and description matching reality, receiving an impressive five out of five stars in each of these categories. Customers were impressed with the range of accommodation options available and other respondents praised the company’s friendly and helpful staff, with one respondent stating: “From the booking process through to the flights and accommodation, it was a well-oiled machine.”
After reviewing the results of the survey, Jet2Villas was recognised as a Which? Recommender Provider once again. Giving its verdict on Jet2Villas, Which? said: “Whether you’re on a tight budget or looking to splash out, Jet2Villas covers popular sun-soaked destinations and still delivers the personal touch.”
