Our annual ‘A Night with the Stars’ awards evening took place in a brand-new location this year – The NEC in Birmingham. Hosted by Vernon Kay, the evening was a huge celebration of our colleagues across the whole of the Customer Contact departments, who have gone above and beyond throughout 2023, to ensure our customers have a lovely holiday. Colleagues travelled from every corner of the UK to make it to the event, which kicked off with a Trade Fair, giving attendees the chance to meet and learn from our Hotel and Tourist Board Partners.
The biggest evening in the Customer Contact calendar arrived, and the celebrations really started! This year’s theme was a masquerade ball – and our colleagues wowed us with beautiful masks to add to their sequins, glitter and gold. Vernon Kay, along with our Chief Executive Officer, Steve Heapy, and Customer Contact & Jet2holidays Operations Director, Sean Ablett, took to the stage to announce our biggest and brightest stars of 2023. A huge 27 colleagues received accolades for their incredible contribution to their team, their customers, and to Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. The event couldn’t take place, and just wouldn’t be the same, without our incredible sponsors – our Hotelier and Tourist Board partners. A Night With The Stars is about celebrating our colleagues, but the evening was truly a celebration of the relationship and teamwork demonstrated by each and every person in the room.
