I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?
There is a free drop-off and pick-up area, which you can use for up to 30 minutes. This is approximately a five to ten minute walk from the terminal. There is also a premium drop-off and pick-up area, which is right outside the terminal but isn't free.

What time will the check-in desk open?

Is there a separate queue for online check-in?
No, all customers join the one queue and those with online check-in may be able to use our self service kiosks depending on the size of the party and amount off luggage. Our staff will be on hand to assist and direct customers the right way.
