I feel safe and trust Jet2

All the crew have excellent customer service skills. I have travelled with Ryanair about 5 times and will not use them again. Jet2 is definitely value for money.

Your welcoming of passengers is excellent

Jet2 has an easy booking experience with friendly, respectful, extremely willing and accommodating staff.

During the trip Jet2 had good legroom, comfortable seats and staff that are organised. Especially at the airport with the marshalling of the queue when checking in and going through security.
