Announcements

We wish to congratulate a Jet2.com pilot after on a recent flight from Edinburgh to Ibiza he reminded those on board of our zero tolerance policy towards disruptive behaviour, following the ejection of an aggressive passenger.

As reported today in The Sun and The Daily Mail, the Captain was applauded as he stood in front of passengers to explain that all our customers are entitled to an enjoyable start to their holiday, and that disruptive behaviour would not be tolerated.

He spoke after Mr. Robertson was removed from the flight by police due to increasingly anti-social and aggressive behaviour and who has subsequently received a six month ban from flying with us.

At Jet2.com we are well-known for our family friendly approach and our "Onboard Together" initiative, which takes a zero-tolerance stance to disruptive and offensive behaviour and confirms our commitment to improving all our customers’ travel experience. As a family friendly airline the safety and welfare of our customers and staff is always our number one priority, as our captain demonstrated on this occasion.
