Jet2.com Gets In Spooky Spirit for Halloween

Jet2.com’s contact centre staff certainly got in the spooky spirit for Halloween this week, arriving for work in a selection of creepy costumes.

We had witches, zombies and even the odd pumpkin – and there was even a special cabin crew service with terrifying treats!

Neil Rigby, Resource and Quality Manager said, “We wanted to have a themed day to celebrate our achievements since the start of the summer season! With all the unfortunate events this year such as The Rome Airport Fire and the incident in Tunisia, it has made it extremely difficult to achieve our target of answering every customer’s call within 180 seconds.”
