It was a great experience from start to finish

Helpful staff, very fast checking in and the flight was smooth as silk, could not of been happier. From the airport all the way through to boarding the plane and travelling to Turkey. Every member of staff I spoke to was helpful and happy and always smiling and wanting to help in any way needed.

Brilliant all round

The seats were comfy, the food was nice, there was enough leg room, the flight attendants were great and there were no delays. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

It is always a good experience with Jet2

All aspects of the flight were great, including Assisted Travel. My wife needed mobility assistance and this proved especially helpful on both outward and return journeys. All of the staff involved in this were superb and we were saved the problem of standing in long queues.

Easy to navigate on app. The destination was what we were looking for

From check-in at London Stansted to reaching Lanzarote and return flight, the Jet2 staff were fantastic. The flight deck kept us informed of everything. On the whole, a very enjoyable experience.

Excellent city break to Vienna

Our flights were smooth from beginning to end with Jet2. All staff were friendly and kept everyone informed. Flights were smooth and planes as comfortable as could be. The pre-booked parts were great as we knew where we were sitting and the meals were tasty and served very quickly. Our flights were slightly delayed but we were kept informed and this was due to the airport, not the airline.

Your welcoming of passengers is excellent

Jet2 has an easy booking experience with friendly, respectful, extremely willing and accommodating staff.

During the trip Jet2 had good legroom, comfortable seats and staff that are organised. Especially at the airport with the marshalling of the queue when checking in and going through security.

All the crew have excellent customer service skills. I have travelled with Ryanair about 5 times and will not use them again. Jet2 is definitely value for money.
