Departing Turkey:
Any customer with pre-booked assistance should proceed to the main entrance of Terminal 2, where a dedicated call and meeting point is located. Alternatively, customers should proceed to the Jet2.com check-in desks or the Assisted Travel information desk, located within the terminal building. The airport Assisted Travel team will be able to assist you throughout the airport, up to your Jet2.com aircraft. PRM Team will assist you till the Jet2.com aircraft.
Arriving into Turkey:
Customers with pre-booked assistance will be met at the aircraft on arrival and will be assisted to the exit doors of the airport only. Please note, due to local restrictions, the Assisted Travel provider cannot assist you further than the airport doors. Any customer with pre-booked assistance will be met at the aircraft door upon arrival. The PRM team will assist you until the exit door of the terminal.
