Jet2holidays has been awarded the coveted Platinum Trusted Service Award by one of the UK’s biggest review websites Feefo, for delivering exceptional customer service year-after-year.
After winning the prestigious Gold Trusted Service Award on the back of customer feedback for three consecutive years, we have been awarded the Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2020. This award recognises companies that provide a consistently excellent service, sustained over three years, and show dedication to going above and beyond to deliver high levels of customer experience.
Through Feefo, an online review platform, customers are able to leave a rating out of five by following a link provided on the booking confirmation when they book a package holiday with us. After achieving a score of 4.8 out of 5 from over 1,269 reviews in the last year, we have been awarded the Gold Trusted Service Award for the third year running, meaning we received the Platinum Trusted Service Award automatically.
