Cabin Crew Congress Lands at The Mint

The Jet2.com and Jet2holidays Cabin Crew Congress landed on 2nd February 2016, at our Leeds headquarters, with more than 100 representatives coming together from our ever growing Cabin Crew workforce.
It was a jam-packed day, with business updates from Steve Heapy (Chief Executive Officer), Phil Ward (Managing Director) and Richard Chambers (HR Director). It also covered all sorts of fascinating and useful Cabin Crew topics, with presentations and insight on everything from, the work Jet2.com is doing to stamp out the increasing nationwide problem of Disruptive Passengers, and understanding more about the power of our customer trusted Brand; to our in-depth and industry leading Customer Service training, and also a teaser on our new Jet2.com and Jet2holidays In Flight Retail range for Summer 2016.
