Excellent city break to Vienna

Our flights were smooth from beginning to end with Jet2. All staff were friendly and kept everyone informed. Flights were smooth and planes as comfortable as could be. The pre-booked parts were great as we knew where we were sitting and the meals were tasty and served very quickly. Our flights were slightly delayed but we were kept informed and this was due to the airport, not the airline.

During the trip Jet2 had good legroom, comfortable seats and staff that are organised. Especially at the airport with the marshalling of the queue when checking in and going through security.
