Yes, there is an Express Set Down car park point located outside the terminal. We recommend the orange, green and blue zones in the short-stay car park or the free option in the mid-stay car park for picking up. You can find more information about your options here.

There is only one terminal and one check-in hall at London Stansted Airport.

What time will the check-in desk open?

Is there a separate queue for online check-in?
No. We ask all customers, with luggage to drop off, to join one queue for our all destinations check-in.
What time will the check-in desk close?
The check-in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.

Yes – you can park free of charge for 1 hour in the airport’s Mid Stay car park.

Omniserv provide Assisted Travel at London Stansted Airport.
Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Assisted Travel)?
Yes. Help Call points are located at entrance and exit barriers and also at pay stations.
Where do I go if I have booked Assisted Travel? Where does my Assisted Travel begin?
You should proceed to the Assisted Travel help desk which is at the front of the terminal building, between Check-in Zones D and E. It is staffed 24 hours a day.
If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.
What are the opening times for the Customer Help Desk?
The Customer Help Desk is open from approximately 02:00 and closes at 22:00.
