If you miss your flight, you can apply in writing to us for a refund of Air Passenger Duty (APD) if a fare has not been used.
Please note that Jet2.com is a ‘point-to-point’ airline, this means that we do not sell flights with onward connections. We are not responsible for any onward travel connections that you may have booked. We are not liable for any losses or expenses you might incur as a result of missing onward connections or appointments. We recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover such circumstances. If your travel insurance policy covers you for missed flights, your insurer may ask for a ‘statement of non-travel’. You can get this at Manage My Booking.
If you need a statement to show that you have been on a flight, or a statement to prove cancellation of booking or a confirmation of expenses to support your insurance claim, please complete our Insurance Verification Form and post it to the address shown on the form. We will aim to respond within 28 working days once we receive this document.
