Skiathos Weather Disruption - 10th May 2024

Due to adverse weather conditions forecast for Skiathos on Friday 10th May 2024, We have delayed all Skiathos flights until tomorrow Saturday 11th May 2024. If you are travelling to Skiathos today, please do not travel to the airport.

If you are due to travel back to the UK today, please continue to check our website. We will also communicate to you via text and email.

We apologise for this change that is unfortunately beyond our control, if you are due to travel to Skiathos today, please see the options detailed below:

If you are travelling on a Flight Only booking and do not want to travel on this revised flight:

Option 1:

We can offer you a free change onto the next available Jet2.com flight to Skiathos, from any of our airports serving this destination, in the next seven days. So that we can get you sorted, you can make this change by visiting our team at the Jet2.com customer help desk in the terminal or by calling 0333 300 0042*.

Alternatively, Option 2 you can cancel:
You can cancel and ask for a full refund of the fare for your cancelled flight. If you have a return flight with us, you can ask for a refund for this too. We can process your cancellation today, by either visiting our team at the Jet2.com customer help desk in the terminal or by calling 0333 300 0042*. Just so you know, we will process the refund right away using the payment card used when you booked. But like most refunds these days, it could take three to five working days for the funds to reach you.

Information for Jet2holidays, Jet2Villas or Jet2CityBreaks customers

Majorca (Palma) Terminal Maintenance

We'd just like to let you know that Majorca's Palma Airport is currently undergoing some maintenance work. Don't worry though, we're liaising with the airport to ensure your airport experience runs as smoothly as possible.

 

Our Customer Helpers will also be on hand as usual if you need any help.

 

We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. All Jet2.com flights will be using check-in desks 188 to 203 and will board from Module A

East Midlands Airport - Road Works until December 2024

We have been made aware of road works between Junction 23A and Junction 25 on the M1, one lane will be permanently closed on the Northbound and Southbound carriageways with a 50mph speed restriction in place. Delays are likely during peak hours.

There will be sporadic closures of Junction 23A slip roads, between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00. There will be signed diversions. Please allow enough time to travel to East Midlands Airport as all Jet2.com flights are due to operate as scheduled.
