Information before you travel
Please check this section of the website at least 12 hours before your flight for the latest flight information. Further information can be found by using the below search panel by entering your flight number or route. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Please remember - check in desks close 40 minutes before this. In the event of flight disruption our dedicated Operations teams are working hard behind the scenes at our UK-based HQ to get you on your way as soon as possible.

Our operations team are monitoring the current and forecasted UK weather to ensure we have the most up to date information for all Jet2.com departing and arriving customers for Monday 26th October 2026 to Tuesday 27th October 2026.
The MET office has issued various Yellow warnings due to further stormy conditions that will affect parts of the UK, with warnings of high winds and heavy rain being forecast.
If you are travelling with Jet2.com we plan to operate our flights as close to schedule as possible, however, there may be some disruption should the weather or the forecast deteriorates.
We advise all customers to check in as scheduled and our friendly Red Teams in the terminal will keep you up to date.
If your flight is disrupted, we will be in contact with you direct via SMS, email and the Jet2 App and post regular updates on this page of the Jet2.com website. We ask you to please ensure you check and update your contact information (you can check and amend this through the ‘manage my booking’ section on our website or app).
We will, where possible, board all flights for an on-time departure, however, please be prepared for a longer than normal wait either in the terminal or onboard the aircraft to depart.
