Please check this section of the website at least 12 hours before your flight for the latest flight information. Further information can be found by using the below search panel by entering your flight number or route. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Please remember - check in desks close 40 minutes before this. In the event of flight disruption our dedicated Operations teams are working hard behind the scenes at our UK-based HQ to get you on your way as soon as possible.
16/12/2025 - Important Updated Information for Customers on any Disrupted Flights from Krakow to the UK from 15/12/2025

We apologise to all Customers that were due to fly to the UK from Krakow on Monday 15th December 2025 for the delay to your departure.
Although this disruption was due to the adverse weather conditions in Krakow and outside of our control, rest assured, situations like this are very rare. Our UK based operations team have been working hard to get you on your way as quickly as possible, we appreciate how inconvenient these situations can be and thank you for your understanding whilst we made alternate plans for your delayed flights.
Your new departure times can be found by entering your flight number on this page of the website and also, all delayed flights can be found below, all times are in local times.
In order for customers to return to the airport today for their delayed flight we will supply a taxi voucher via email and SMS, these will go to the number and email address on your booking. As a reminder, please allow plenty of time to follow the instructions on these communications and book your taxi as our check in will close promptly 40 minutes prior to your new scheduled departure time.
If the link does not work, are unable to access the voucher or you have not received this information from us, please don't worry, simply, keep the receipt for your journey and this will be reimbursed to you by sending receipts to expenses@jet2.com once you have completed your journey home.
All check in desks will be open 2 hours prior to your new departure and will close promptly 40 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
We will be back in contact closer to the time via SMS and Email with further information, we will also update this page of the website on a regular basis.
If you have purchased your own hotel / accommodation and any food or drink during this delay (excluding alcohol) we will also reimburse reasonable expenses for these, as above, please send these receipts to expenses@jet2.com once you have completed your journey.
