We wanted to let you know that we are aware of a system failure affecting the National Air Traffic Services (NATS), which provides air traffic control services in the United Kingdom's airspace
Rest assured we'll try to keep any disruption to a minimum. Check-in closes 40 minutes before a flight's original departure time, so please arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure.
Our dedicated operations teams are working hard behind the scenes at our UK-based HQ to make sure there's minimal disruption. For up-to-date information, please check this web page and, at the airport, keep your eye on the departure screens and listen out for any announcements. We'll have you on your way as soon as we can.
