We are currently experiencing disruption across our network due to the adverse weather conditions impacting areas of the UK.
The forecast is showing that the fog is not due to clear until the morning in some parts.
We are doing everything we can to operate our flights on time, however, some flights are experiencing disruption.
If your flight is disrupted our Customer Operations team will be in contact via SMS, Email and where available via the App as a push notification. Please make sure your details are correct via manage my booking on the Jet2 App.
If your flight is diverted to a different airport in the UK, we will provide ground transportation to get you back to your booked destination. We appreciate how frustrating situations like this can be and we will do everything we can to help while you wait for your onward transportation.
Safety and Comfort will always be our main priority and apologise once again for any extended waiting time you may experience due to the affect the weather is also having on the roads.
Our friendly Red Teams are available once you have cleared immigration, they will keep you updated the best they can and will make everyone as comfortable as possible should there be an extended wait today.
