Further information can be found by using the below search panel by entering your flight number or route. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Please remember - check in desks close 40 minutes before this. In the event of flight disruption our dedicated Operations teams are working hard behind the scenes at our UK-based HQ to get you on your way as soon as possible.

Due to continued adverse weather affecting Krakow Airport, we have made the difficult decision to delay your flight until tomorrow. Due to no forecasted improvement, we have no choice but to operate your flight into Warsaw Airport tomorrow.
LS949 – Manchester to Krakow
LS1901 – Newcastle to Krakow
LS113 – Glasgow to Krakow
As you won’t be flying until tomorrow, we recommend you return home for a good night’s sleep in your own bed. If you can’t return home, we will endeavour to find somewhere for you to stay overnight this evening- there will possibly be a wait as we try our best to source accommodation.
If you do not wish to travel on the flight tomorrow, you can cancel, we have sent you an email with details on how to do this. Also, our friendly Red Team are on hand for further information.
Due to the above, the customers on the below flights will be transport to Warsaw this evening, with coach transfers leaving Krakow at 18:00 local time. Following this, we are arranging hotel accommodation for you this evening and we will be in touch with further details on this.
