We are currently experiencing disruption across our ski destinations (Chambery, Grenoble, Geneva and Lyon), due to adverse weather conditions.
We are doing everything we can to operate our flights as close to on time as possible, however, some flights are experiencing disruption.
If your flight is disrupted our Customer Operations team will be in contact via SMS, Email and where available via the App as a push notification. Please make sure your details are correct via manage my booking on the Jet2 App.
Safety and Comfort will always be our main priority and apologise once again for any extended waiting time you may experience due to the affect the weather is having.
Whilst the weather is beyond our control, we apologise to everyone that may be effected by disruption today.
