Information before you travel
Please check this section of the website at least 12 hours before your flight for the latest flight information. Further information can be found by using the below search panel by entering your flight number or route. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Please remember - check in desks close 40 minutes before this. In the event of flight disruption our dedicated Operations teams are working hard behind the scenes at our UK-based HQ to get you on your way as soon as possible.

There is cycling event taking place in various regions of the Algarve from the 18th February to the 22nd February.
We have been advised there will be road closures and traffic restrictions in place throughout various resorts at this time however alternative routes will be available.
The only resort where there will be full traffic restrictions with no alterative access will be Vilamoura with main access planned to be closed between 07:00 – 19:00 on the 20th Feb.
Please check if this will affect you and allow any extra time for your journey to/from the airport.
For customers with pre-booked Jet2holidays transfers your friendly Resort Customer Helper will contact directly with any revised schedules or alternative arrangements.
All our flights are expected to operate as scheduled. Please arrive at the airport on time. Check-in closes 40 minutes before departure. We look forward to welcoming you onboard.
