We wanted to let you know that we are aware of a system failure affecting the National Air Traffic Services (NATS), which provides air traffic control services in the United Kingdom's airspace
Rest assured we'll try to keep any disruption to a minimum. Check-in closes 40 minutes before a flight's original departure time, so please arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure.
