Twilight Check-in®

Who can use the service

Twilight Check-in® is available to anyone who has a flight before 12pm, departing from Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, London Stansted, Manchester or Newcastle, and has checked in online beforehand.

What to bring

The only baggage you’ll need to bring to Twilight Check-in® is your hold baggage – and one person from your booking can drop off up to six people’s bags (if you have up to nine people in your booking, two people will need to go to the airport to check in the bags. For groups of ten or more, customers will individually need to check in their own bags). You’ll also need everyone’s boarding passes, passports, and any essential travel documents.

Any hand luggage or prams can be brought along when you travel – remember, you can keep hold of your pram until you board.

Booking and cost

You don’t need to book this service. If your flight departs before 12pm, then you can check your bags in the night before between 4.30pm and 9pm. Best of all, it’s completely free.

Terminal info

To use Twilight Check-in®, you’ll just go to the terminal on your boarding pass. There’s no special desk to find either, it’s just at our usual Jet2.com check-in desks.

Online check-in allocation

You can check in online any time from 28 days up to six hours before your departure via our website or app. If you try to check in online within this timeframe but can’t complete the process, this means our online check-in allocation has been reached. In these cases, you won’t be able to use Twilight Check-in® and you’ll have to use our check-in desks at the airport on the day of your departure. The best way to make sure this doesn’t happen is to check in as soon as possible after online check-in opens.
