Flight Schedules
Schedule Changes
We always aim to operate our flights at the scheduled time of departure. However, sometimes we may need to make changes or provide alternative carriers or aircraft and cannot always notify you of this in advance. We may also alter or remove the planned schedules as shown on your booking confirmation.
We do not wish to inconvenience customers, but unfortunately sometimes changes to scheduled flight times may be required for operational or technical reasons outside our control. If this happens, we always try to give you as much notice as possible. We’ll usually contact you by email or SMS text message, so please regularly check your inbox or mobile.
Please contact us if you change your email address or mobile number so we can update your details. From the Manage My Booking section on our website you can see your booking summary, request a further email confirmation or select a different email address. Please be aware that it is one of our Terms and Conditions that you re-check your flight summary 72 to 24 hours before departure.
Flight Times
All our flight times are local and in 24-hour clock. For flights that are very early in the morning (just after midnight) check-in opens the previous evening, two hours before the time of your departure. For example, a flight at 00:30 on Monday departs in the very early hours of Monday morning so check-in opens at 22:30 on the evening of Sunday.
