Making a Booking
You can make a booking online via our website or app, through our Contact Centre, at our airport sales desks, or at your local travel agent.
If your booking is for 10 people or more, you can book with just a £30 deposit per person. Please visit our Groups page or call us on 0333 014 0236. A member of the Groups team will be happy to help you.
You can pay online using a credit card, debit card or PayPal (GBP or EUR). Our Contact Centre also accepts card payments, and our airport customer help desks accept card payments. If you book online, you should receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk folder for an email from reservations@jet2.com or get in touch with us via our Contact Us page. Please don’t try to make another booking unless you're certain that your original attempt was not successful.
